Khariton Ayvazyan was born on November 8, 2003 in the Georgian city of Akhalkalaki. He started playing football at the age of 11, attending the Banants FC (now Urartu FC) academy.

In 2019, he won the Armenian Cup as part of the Urartu-2003 buffer team. And within the framework of the championship of the same year among the U-18 years old teams he received the "Best Defender" award.

Ayvazyan was invited to the Armenian national U-18 and U-19 teams.

In February 2020, Khariton Ayvazyan was first invited to the Urartu-2 team, where he often received playing time, and after 9 months he played his first official match as part of the Urartu FC main team.
